Operations Specialist (all humans), Erste Digital GmbH

The Digital Web Services (DWS) team is the department within Erste Digital responsible for all operational tasks related to Prime Applications for Digital Banking with a focus on George AT.

Aufgaben

ensure that changes are incorporated into regular operations

document these adaptions in various documentation tools

perform root cause analysis with a wide range of monitoring and observability tools

incident management

work on the further development and optimization of operational and business processes

Profil

Experience with the operation of applications
Familiarity with Cloud and/or On-prem infrastructure
Experience in application performance monitoring (APM) is a benefit
Good knowledge of Unix and Red Hat Enterprise Linux
Ability to work in a team and excellent communication and presentation skills
Know How of scripting and programming languages, especially for web applications with Java, JavaScript and HTML
Excellent English and German skills both written and verbal

A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - the minimum wage for this position in accordance with the respective collective agreement is EUR 52.136, gross per year.
